Determination of Dimethylurea,Methomyl Oxime and Methomyl in Wastewater by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
High performance liquid chromatography was used with a C18 column and a bipolar detector, and methanol and water(0.1% ammonium acetate contained)was used as the mobile phase(volume ratio of methanol to water was 25:75),with an absorption wavelength of 210 nm and a quantitative ring of 20 µL.There was a simultaneous determination of dimethyl urea, methomyl oxime, and methomyl in wastewater under chromatographic conditions with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and column temperature of 40 ℃.The results showed that the linear coefficients of dimethylurea, methomyl oxime, and methomyl were 0.999 87,0.999 94,and 0.999 88 respectively. The average addition recovery rates were 99.98% ,99.90% ,and 100.01% ,with standard deviations of 0.12,0.16,and 0.092,and relative standard deviations of 0.49% ,0.25% ,and 0.36% .This method has the advantages of good linear range, high sensitivity, high speed, accuracy, and reliability, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of dimethyl urea, methomyl oxime, and methomyl in wastewater.
