阿扑西林聚合物检测分析方法的研究

建立阿扑西林聚合物检测方法并进行方法学研究,采用液相色谱法检测,检测条件:色谱柱为葡聚糖G-10柱(40~120 μm)填充剂,玻璃柱内径1.4 cm,柱长40 cm,pH为8.0的0.2 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液[0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4溶液-0.2 mol/L NaH2PO4溶液(V∶V=95∶5)]为流动相 A,水为流动相 B,流速为 1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm.在浓度20.052~40.225 mg/mL范围内,与峰面积比值呈良好线性关系(4=25.96C-2.55×102).检测限、定量限分别为0.8、2.0 μg.方法简便、准确,适用于阿扑西林聚合物检测.
Studv on the Detection and Analysis Method of Aspoxicillin Polvmer
In order to establish a method for the determination of apocycillin polymer and in order to study its methodology,the method was determined by HPLC.The detection conditions of liquid chromatography were as follows:the column was composed of Dextran G-10 column(40~120 μam)as filler,the inner diameter of the glass column was 1.4 cm,the column length was 40 cm,and 0.2 mol/L phosphate buffer[0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4 solution-0.2 mol/L NaH2PO4 solution(95∶5)]at pH 8.0 was used as mobile phase A,water was used as mobile phase B,the flow rate was determined to be 1.0 mL/mL,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.The concentration ranged from 20.052 mg/ml to 40.225 mg/mL,and the peak area ratio showed a good linear relationship(A=25.96.C-2.55× 102).The LOD was 0.8 µg,and the LOQ was 2.0 µg.The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of aspoxicillin polymer.
