水杨腈废水中水杨酰胺、水杨腈、水杨酸的高效液相色谱分析

建立了水杨腈废水中水杨酰胺、水杨腈、水杨酸3种特征污染物的高效液相色谱分析方法.选用C18反相色谱柱,以235 nm为检测波长,乙腈-水(0.1%磷酸)(V∶V=25∶75)为流动相,采用等度洗脱方式对水杨腈废水中的水杨酰胺、水杨腈、水杨酸进行有效分离和定量检测.方法中水杨酰胺、水杨腈、水杨酸标准偏差为0.16、0.22、0.27,相对标准偏差为0.41%、0.15%、0.10%,平均添加回收率分别为100.74%、99.29%、98.99%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 85、0.999 88、0.999 86.方法精密度高,线性良好,满足水杨腈废水预处理过程中准确快速的质量控制检测.
HPLC Analysis of Salicylamide,Salicylonitrile,and Salicylic Acid in Salicylonitrile Production Wastewater
A high-performance liquid chromatography analysis method for three characteristic pollutants,salicylamide,salicylonitrile,and salicylic acid,in salicylonitrile wastewater was established.A C18 reversed-phase chromatographic column was selected with the detection wavelength of 235 nm and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(0.1%phosphoric acid in water)(V∶V=25∶75),and the isocratic elution method was used to effectively separated and quantitatively detected the salicylamide,salicylonitrile,and salicylic acid in the wastewater.The standard deviations were 0.16,0.22,and 0.27,and the relative deviations were 0.41%,0.15%,and 0.10%.The average addition recovery rates were 100.74%,99.29%,and 98.99%,respectively.The linear correlation coefficients of salicylamide,salicylonitrile,and salicylic acid in the method were 0.999 85,0.999 88,and 0.999 86,respectively.The method has good linearity and high precision,and it can meet the requirements of rapid and accurate quality control detection in salicylonitrile wastewater pretreatment process.
