Determination of Piperazine in Ciprofloxacin Lactate by Triple Quadrupole Liquid Mass Spectrometry
To establish a method for the determination of piperazine in ciprofloxacin lactate by liquid mass spectrometry,samples were separated by C18 chromatographic column,detected by tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry multi-reactive ion monitoring,and quantified by external standard method.A good linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range of 0.021~1.28 μg/mL for piperazine,with the correlation efficiency of 0.998.The average recovery was 98.9%(n=6),with an RSD of 1.61%.This method has good specificity,repeatability and high sensitivity.It can be used for the determination of residual piperazine in ciprofloxacin lactate.
