Analysis of Sodium Content in Cefazolin Sodium for Injection
The research is dedicated to determining the content of sodium in cefazolin sodium for injection by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used,the light source was a sodium hollow cathode lamp,the atomizer was an air-acetylene flame atomizer,and the wavelength was 330.2 nm.The detection limit of this method was 0.09%,the quantitative limit was 0.31%,the system precision RSD was 0.68%(n=6),the repeatable RSD was 0.62%,the intermediate precision RSD was 1.49%,and the linear range was 0.200 3~0.400 7 mg/mL(r=0.999).The average recovery rate was 100.8%(RSD was 0.91%).The specificity,precision,linearity and durability of this method meet relevant requirements.This method can be used to determine the content of sodium in cefazolin sodium for injection with high accuracy and sensitivity.
