Analysis of 360 g/L Clomazone Microcapsule Suspension by Gas Chromatography
To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of 360 g/L clomazone microcapsule suspension.HP-5 column was used for separation,dibutyl phthalate was used as internal standard,flame ionization detector was used for detection,and internal standard method was used for quantitative determination.The results show that the linear relationship is good in the range of 0.8~8 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient(R2)>0.99,and the linear equation is y=0.250 8x-0.005.The recoverys range from 99.5%to 101.9%,with an average recovery of 100.7%.The standard deviation of the repeatability test is 0.053,and the relative standard deviation is 0.17%,which meets the requirements of the pesticide product quality analysis method.
