摘要
报道了一种以哌啶类化合物和尿素一步反应直接合成单取代脲的方法,并探究反应温度、反应时间及投料比对收率的影响.方法无需外加催化剂、操作简单安全、收率高.目标产物结构经1H NMR、13C NMR 和 IR 确证.
Abstract
A method for the synthesis of monosubstituted ureas is reported.Monosubstituted urea derivatives were directly synthesized by reacting urea with various piperidine compounds without catalysis.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and feed ratio on the yields were investigated.The method is simple and safe to operate without the need for additional catalysts,and it results in a high yield.The structures of the target products were identified by 1H NMR,13C NMR and IR.
