一种新型柔顺珠的制备及其性能研究

开发了一款具有柔顺功能的固体柔顺珠,探究了不同种类柔软剂原料(如硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺、酯基季铵盐、聚二甲基硅氧烷等)与柔顺珠配方体系的适配性和柔软效果,结果发现硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺和酯基季铵盐的柔软效果最佳.同时探究不同添加量硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺的柔顺珠柔软效果,发现当硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺的添加量控制在5%左右能发挥出最佳柔软效果.当硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺与酯基季铵盐的质量比控制为1∶1复配添加时,具备最佳的柔软增效效果.此外还研究了柔顺珠与洗衣液同用时的去污影响,结果表明筛选所得柔顺珠不影响洗衣液的去污效果,在实际使用时可与衣物洗涤剂同用,新型柔顺珠的开发与研究为后续柔顺剂产品的开发提供了参考.
Studies on the Preparation and Properties of a New Solid Fabric Softner
Different softening agents,including N-[(3-8)dimethylamino propyl]octadecanamide,di(palmiticcarboxyethyl)hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methylsulfate,and polydimethylsiloxane,have been studied to investigate the compatibility in solid softner and the differences in softening effects.The results indicated that N-[(3-8)dimethylamino propyl]octadecanamide and di(palmiticcarboxyethyl)hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methylsulfate showed better soft performance.Meanwhile,a 5%optimum addition of N-[(3-8)dimethylamino propyl]octadecanamide in solid softner displayed the most effective softening.When N-[(3-8)dimethylamino propyl]octadecanamide,and di(palmiticcarboxyethyl)hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methylsulfate were added together in solid softner,the softner performance would enhanced,with the mass ratio of 1∶1.Besides,optimized solid softner would not influence the decontamination performance in detergents while washing together.
