金樱子叶的化学成分研究

采用大孔树脂色谱、ODS色谱、凝胶色谱等现代色谱分离技术对金樱子叶的75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化学结构.从金樱子叶75%乙醇提取物中分离得到了 8个化合物,分别鉴定为3-氧-α-紫罗兰醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、7,8-二氢-3-氧-α-紫罗兰醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、9-hydroxymengastigman-5-en-4-one-0-primeveroside(3)、4-氧-β-紫罗兰醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、7,8-二氢-4-氧-β-紫罗兰醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、甲基间苯三酚-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(8),化合物1、2、3、5为首次从蔷薇属植物中分离得到.研究金樱子叶的化学成分,为进一步阐明其药理机制奠定基础.
A Study on the Chemical Constituents From Leaves of Rosa laevigata Michx.
The 75%ethanol extract of the leaves of Rosa laevigata Michx.were separated and purified by modern chromatography separation technologies such as macroporous resin chromatography,ODS chromatography,gel chromatography,etc.The identification of chemical structure was based on physical and chemical properties as well as spectral data.Eight compounds were obtained:3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),7,8-dihyd-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),9-hydroxymengastigman-5-en-4-one-O-primeveroside(3),4-oxo-β-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),7,8-dihyd-4-oxo-β-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),methyl phloroglucinol-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),ethyl gallate(7),p-hydroxyl ethyl cinnamate(8).Compounds 1、2、3、5 were isolated from genus Rosa for the first time.Studying the chemical composition of the leaves of Rosa laevigata Michx.lays the foundation for future research on its pharmacological mechanism.
