摘要

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定头孢克洛废水中吗啉和吡啶的含量.采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.6 μm),以5 mmol/L的乙酸铵-甲酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速0.6 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量5 μL,定量离子对分别为吗啉88/70.2、吡啶79.9/53,检测模式为多重反应监测(MRM).该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,能够同时准确测定吗啉和吡啶的含量.

Abstract

The simultaneous determination of morpholine and pyridine by UPLC MS/MS was established.The chromatographic column C18(4.6 mm× 100 mm,2.6 µm)was used.Isocratic elution was performed with 5 mmol/L ammonium-formic acid aqueous solution(A)-acetonitrile(B)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.6 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The injection volume was 5 μL.The quantitative ion pairs were morpholine 88/70.2 and pyridine 79.9/53,and the detection mode was multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and can accurately determine the content of morpholine and pyridine simultaneously.
