摘要
以3-甲基吡啶为催化剂,月桂酸与光气反应合成高品质月桂酰氯,优化条件下,产品纯度≥99.5%,收率>98.0%(以月桂酸计),色度<5.该方法操作简单,无溶剂,产品收率和纯度高,色度低,无异味,品质稳定,杂质少,生产成本低,适合于工业化生产.
Abstract
Using 3-methylpyridine as a catalyst,lauric acid and phosgene were reacted to synthesize high quality dodecanoyl chloride with yield>98.0%(measured by lauric acid),purity ≥99.5%,and chroma<5.The method has the advantages such as simple operation,no solvent requirement,high yield and purity,low chroma,absence of extraneous odour,stable quality,fewer impurities and low production cost,making it suitable for industrial production.
