Research on Prolonging Service Cycle and Energy-saving Technology of Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride Water Cooler
In industrial production,the water cooler used in the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride(AHF)production process by fluorspar-sulfuric acid method is affected by many factors,which leads to the problem of leakage corrosion in the water cooler,resulting in frequent shutdown of the production line and increased energy consumption.In order to extend the service cycle of the water cooler and reduce energy consumption,the influence of crude acid quality,water cooling intake temperature process control method and water cooling tube material on the service life of the water cooler was studied,and the condensation system was modified from using only cold media to using the combination of water cooling process and refrigerant condenser,and the process optimization study was conducted to reduce the load of the ice machine.The results showed that the content of HF increased from 90%to 96%,the heavy composition content of SO42-decreased from 5.4%to 2.5%,and the content of H2O decreased from 2.5%to 1.0%.After the quality of hydrofluoric acid increased,the amount of SO42-and H2O entering the water cooler is obviously reduced,and the corrosion is reduced.The intake temperature of the water cooler is maintained in the range of 38~45 ℃,the amount of water entering the water cooler tube is greatly reduced,and the corrosion is reduced.The water cooler tube uses 20# high-quality carbon steel,which increases the corrosion resistance.The service cycle of the water cooler is extended from 1 month to more than 1 year.At the same time,after the condensing system uses the combination of circulating water and frozen water,the usage of frozen water is greatly reduced,the load of the ice machine is reduced,and the new technology can save 3.64 million yuan in electricity costs with the annual capacity of 90 000 t.
