建立六味地黄丸中药细粉HPLC指纹图谱检查方法,为六味地黄丸工艺改进和质量检测提供研究方法.采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(C18,4.6 mmx250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.08%磷酸水溶液(B),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长238 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL.16批样品的供试品指纹图谱与标准条件下指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.99.该方法专属性、耐用性良好,可用于六味地黄丸中药细粉指纹图谱测定.
Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Liuwei Dihuang Pills Chinese Medicine Fine Powder
A HPLC fingerprint detection method of Liuwei Dihuang Pills Chinese medicine fine powder is established,providing a quality research method for the improvement of the process of Liuwei Dihuang Pills.Using high performance liquid chromatography,the chromatographic column is filled with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel(C18,4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase is acetonitrile(A)and 0.08%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B),the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength is 238 nm,the column temperature is 30 ℃,the injection volume is 10 μL.The similarities between the fingerprint spectra of the 16 batches of samples and the fingerprint spectra under standard conditions are greater than 0.99.The method has good specificity and durability,and can be used for the fingerprint determination of Liuwei Dihuang Pills Chinese medicine fine powder.
