再生骨料取代率对混凝土性能影响的研究

文中根据再生骨料的特性设计不同的取代率,从配合比、坍落度、抗压强度、表观密度及泌水率等方面研究再生骨料取代率对C40 再生骨料混凝土性能的影响.结果表明,再生骨料吸水率大,使用前宜预湿处理;再生粗骨料单掺取代率小于 70%,再生细骨料单掺取代率小于50%时,混凝土性能均较好;复掺时,再生粗骨料取代率不宜超过50%,再生细骨料取代率不宜超过30%.
Research on the Influence of Recycled Aggregate Substitution Rate on Concrete Performance
According to the characteristics of recycled aggregate,different substitution rates were designed in this paper.The effects of the sub-stitution rates of recycled aggregate on the performance of C40 recycled aggregate concrete were studied from the aspects of mix ratio,slump,compressive strength,apparent density and bleed rate.The results show that the regenerated aggregate has high water absorption and should be pre-wet before use.The concrete performance is better when the single-doped replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is less than 70%and the single-doped replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate is less than 50%.When mixed,the regenerated coarse aggregate replacement rate should not exceed 50%,and the regenerated fine aggregate replacement rate should not exceed 30%.
