Study on the Influence of Machine-made Sand with Different Thickness and Gradation on the Properties of Wet Mixed Mortar
In order to explore the difference of performance of wet mixed mortar when different grade mix and different particle size machine-made sand is selected,machine-made sand of different grade mix and thickness is tested.The results show that when the fineness modulus of the sand is in the range of 1.2~3.0,the water consumption of wet mixed mortar will gradually decrease with the increase of fineness modulus,and the water retention performance of wet mixed mortar will decrease.The overall mechanical properties of wet mixed mortar showed a trend of increasing in the early stage and decreasing in the late stage during the increase of particle content above 0.315 mm.When the content of parti-cles greater than 1.25 mm and less than 0.315 mm of the sand particles is more than 30%,the dry shrinkage rate of the warm mixed mortar material is significantly increased compared with other groups,but the tensile bond strength is also significantly decreased.
