早强低收缩ECC薄层修补材料的制备与性能分析

文中针对传统薄层修补材料韧性差以及工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)干缩大、黏度高等问题,研究了硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥-硅灰复配、混杂钢-PVA纤维、缓凝早强组分复配对ECC工作性能、力学性能、干缩性的影响规律,开发了初始流动度大于200 mm、4h抗压强度大于40 MPa、60 d干缩率小于1.0×10-4、韧性指数I20 大于20、服役性能优异的机场水泥混凝土路面薄层修补材料.
Preparation and Properties of Early Strength and Low Shrinkage ECC Thin Layer Repair Materials
In this paper,aiming at the problems of poor toughness of traditional thin layer repair materials and large dry shrinkage and high vis-cosity of engineered cementitious composites(ECC),the effects of sulphoaluminate cement-silicate cement-silica fume compound,hybrid steel-PVA fiber and retarding early strength component compound on the working performance,mechanical properties and dry shrinkage of ECC were studied.The thin layer repair materials of airport cement concrete pavement with initial fluidity>200 mm,4 h compressive strength>40 MPa,60 d dry shrinkage<1.0×10-4,toughness index I20>20 and excellent service performance were developed.
