煤矸石泡沫混凝土性能试验研究

为探究煤矸石泡沫混凝土的力学性能及工作性能,文中对不同浓度发泡剂及不同掺量煤矸石混凝土力学性能差异、坍落度差异等问题进行了研究.结果显示,泡沫混凝土在水灰比为0.2 时,具有更强的流动性,此状态下制备的泡沫混凝土抗压强度均值约为4.12 MPa,坍落度为13.7 cm;掺加不同掺量煤矸石后制备的泡沫混凝土浆体坍落度之间存在差异,煤矸石掺量越高,则坍落度水平越低,表明煤矸石的掺加有效强化了混凝土浆液的塑性;而混凝土试件抗压强度随煤矸石掺量提升,表现出先增加后降低的变化趋势,其中,掺量为60%时,混凝土试件抗压强度达到最高水平.
Experimental Study on Performance of Coal Gangue Foam Concrete
In order to explore the mechanical properties and working properties of coal gangue foamed concrete,the paper mainly carried out research on the mechanical properties and slump differences of coal gangue concrete with different concentrations of foaming agent and different dosage.The results show that the foamed concrete has significantly stronger fluidity when the water-cement ratio is 0.2,and the average com-pressive strength of the foamed concrete prepared under this condition is about 4.12 MPa and slump is 13.7 cm.The slump of foamed concrete slurry prepared by adding different amounts of coal gangue is different.The higher the amount of coal gangue,the lower the slump level,indi-cating that the addition of coal gangue can effectively strengthen the plasticity of concrete slurry.The compressive strength of concrete speci-mens increases first and then decreases with the increase of coal gangue content,and the compressive strength of concrete specimens reaches the highest level when the coal gangue content is 60%.
