市政沥青路面抗滑性能优化策略研究

摘要
为有效提升市政沥青路面抗滑性能,保证道路运营能力及使用安全,文中对市政沥青路面抗滑性能优化策略展开综合探究,系统分析了原材料、级配类型、分异型矿料配比对沥青混合料抗滑性能的影响.结果显示,矿料级配对抗滑性能指标BPN、DF60 影响显著,相较于AC-13 级配混合料,OGFC-13 的BPN及DF60 指标分别提升8.6%和18.5%,骨架密实型矿料能显著增强沥青混合料抗滑能力,并具有优良的抗疲劳性能,该类型的级配可作为增强沥青路面抗滑能力的最优级配;合理增大矿料分异比例能有效提高沥青路面抗滑能力,经综合分析得到最佳分异型矿料比例为30%.
Abstract
In order to effectively improve the anti-skid performance of municipal asphalt pavement,ensure the road operation capacity and use safety.In this paper,the optimization strategy of anti-skid performance of municipal asphalt pavement is comprehensively explored,and the influence of raw materials,grading type and proportion of differentiated minerals on anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture is systematically analyzed.The results show:Compared with AC-13 graded mixture,the BPN and DF60 indexes of OGFC-13 increased by 8.6%and 18.5%,respectively.The dense skeleton mineral can significantly enhance the anti-skid ability of asphalt mixture,and has excellent anti-fatigue per-formance.This type of gradation is the best gradation to enhance the anti-skid ability of asphalt pavement.Reasonable increase of mineral frac-tion can effectively improve the anti-skid ability of asphalt pavement,and the optimal proportion of mineral fraction is 30%.
