保温承重砌块砌体抗压强度试验研究

为探究保温承重砌块抗压强度的破坏过程及抗压强度,文中就轴心荷载条件下新型保温承重砌块试件的抗压强度水平进行研究,评价试件结构极限承载能力和受压性能.结果显示,保温承重砌块在轴心荷载状态下最终发生类似于普通混凝土砌块的破坏;破坏过程中砌体首先在竖向灰缝位置出现裂缝,而后裂缝不断成长发展并贯通结构,破坏后砌块分裂为多个独立部位;保温承重砌块可通过掺入薄层砂浆以提高材料应用效率并强化结构热工性能,抗压强度提升幅度可达14%.
Experimental Study on Compressive Strength of Insulation Bearing Block Masonry
In order to explore the failure process and compressive strength of the thermal insulation bearing block,the compressive strength lev-el of the new thermal insulation bearing block specimen under axial load was studied in this paper,and the ultimate bearing capacity and com-pression performance of the specimen were evaluated.The results show that the damage of insulation bearing block under axial load is similar to that of ordinary concrete block.In the process of failure,the masonry cracks first appear in the vertical gray joints,and then the cracks contin-ue to grow and penetrate the structure,and the block splits into several independent parts after failure.By adding thin layer mortar to improve the material application efficiency and strengthen the thermal performance of the structure,the compressive strength can be increased by up to 14%.
