水泥流变性对混凝土性能的影响试验研究

为提高公路混凝土施工质量,文中以峨汉高速公路K68+942-K74+876 段为例,开展了水泥流变性对混凝土性能的影响试验研究.结果表明,水泥标准稠度用水量与混凝土流动性呈负相关;水泥凝结时间与混凝土凝结速度呈负相关,水泥凝结时间越长,混凝土凝结速度越慢,凝结时间越长.当混凝土坍落度较低并处于公路混凝土一般坍落度区间内时,可通过对水泥胶砂流动度的分析,推导混凝土的坍落度,为后续施工活动的进行提供支持.
Experimental Study on the Influence of Cement Rheology on Concrete Properties
In order to improve the quality of highway concrete construction,this paper takes section K68+942~K74+876 of Ehan Expressway as an example to carry out an experimental study on the influence of cement rheology on concrete properties.The results show that the water consumption of cement standard consistency is negatively correlated with the fluidity of concrete.The setting time of cement is negatively corre-lated with the setting speed of concrete.The longer the setting time of cement,the slower the setting speed of concrete and the longer the set-ting time.When the concrete slump is low in the general slump range of highway concrete,the slump of concrete can be derived by analyzing the flow of cement mortar,which can provide support for the subsequent construction activities.
