为提高国省干线公路沥青路面的养护效率并促进环境可持续性发展,文中主要针对就地热再生技术在沥青路面维修中的应用进行研究.结果表明,经过1 000 次循环加载后,混合料的平均车辙深度仅为12 mm.水稳定试验中混合料的破坏强度平均达到了2.5 MPa.在低温弯曲试验中,混合料展现出良好的韧性和抗裂性能,其中,断裂时的平均弯曲应力为3.4 MPa,平均弯曲应变为490 με,其在低温条件下具有较强的耐裂性.
Experimental Study on Recycled Asphalt Mixture
In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of asphalt pavement of national and provincial trunk highways and promote environ-mental sustainability,this paper mainly studies the application of geothermal regeneration technology in asphalt pavement maintenance.The re-sults show that the average rut depth of the mixture is only 12 mm after 1 000 cycles of loading.In the water stability test,the average failure strength of the mixture reached 2.5 MPa.In the low temperature bending test,the mixture shows good toughness and crack resistance.The av-erage bending stress at fracture is 3.4 MPa,and the average bending strain is 490 με.It has strong crack resistance at low temperature.
