Experimental Study on Axial and Eccentric Compression of Recycled Concrete Columns Under Different Regenerated Coarse Aggregate Substitution Rates
In order to explore the relationship between the compression performance of recycled concrete columns with different replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate,6 concrete columns with different replacement rates of recycled aggregate were made and the axial compres-sion test and eccentric compression test were carried out.Meanwhile, ordinary concrete column specimens were made for comparison to observe the failure state of concrete column specimens and analyze the compression performance of each concrete column specimen, such as the bearing capacity. The results show that there is no significant difference in failure mechanism and stress form between the recycled concrete column and ordinary concrete column, and the calculation method of bearing capacity of ordinary concrete column in the current engineering code is also suitable for recycled concrete column.
