桥梁混凝土力学性能及耐久性能现场检测研究

文中以四川省某跨江大桥为例,采用现场静载试验和表观检查方法对桥梁混凝土进行力学性能和碳化深度检测.结果表明,该桥梁混凝土裂缝的主要形式为竖向裂缝,且大多数发生在桥梁结构中隔板处.中隔板和箱室顶板的混凝土强度略高于箱室腹板的混凝土强度,中隔板、箱室腹板及箱室顶板的力学性能等级均为良好.桥梁中隔板及腹板的混凝土耐久性优于箱室顶板混凝土耐久性.桥梁隔板及腹板的钢筋锈蚀性状优于箱室顶板混凝土钢筋的锈蚀性状.
Research on Field Testing of Mechanical Properties and Durability of Bridge Concrete
In this paper,taking a cross-river bridge in Sichuan Province as an example,the mechanical properties and carbonization depth of bridge concrete were tested by static load test and apparent inspection methods.The results show that the main form of concrete cracks in the bridge is vertical cracks,and most of them occur at the position of the partition board in the bridge structure.The concrete strength of the mid-dle partition board and the roof of the chamber is slightly higher than that of the web of the chamber,and the mechanical properties of the mid-dle partition board,the web of the chamber and the roof of the chamber are good.The durability of concrete of bulkhead and web of bridge is better than that of roof concrete.The corrosion state of steel bars in bridge bulkhead and web plate is better than that of concrete bars in box roof.
