房屋二次加层改造前的安全性鉴定分析

摘要
既有房屋加层改造涉及建筑物的安全和稳定,对加层改造前的房屋进行全面系统的检测、验算、评估是房屋安全改造的有效保障.文中对一次加层后的某混凝土-钢结构复合体房屋进行了二次加层前的安全性检测鉴定,通过图纸复核、现场检测、结构验算等方式进行系统性分析,得出相对科学、客观的房屋结构安全性鉴定结论,并给出处理建议,为类似房屋结构安全性鉴定工程实践提供参考.
Abstract
The renovation of an existing house by adding floors involves the safety and stability of the building.Comprehensive and systematic inspection,calculation,and evaluation of the house before the renovation is an effective guarantee for the safety of the house.In this paper,the safety identification and detection of a concrete-steel structure composite building after the first storey-adding is carried out before the second storey-adding.Through systematic inspection,checking and analysis by means of drawing review,on-site inspection and structural checking,the relatively scientific and objective conclusions and suggestions of building safety identification are obtained,which can provide reference for the engineering practice of similar structural building safety identification.
