Case Study of Soft Soil Deep Foundation Pit Site Monitoring Analysis
Construction of deep foundation pits in soft soils is a important task in civil engineering involving the stability and deformation char-acteristics of foundation soils.On-site monitoring during foundation pit excavation is an important measure to reduce construction risk.In this paper, the monitoring data during deep foundation pit excavation in soft soil area is studied as an example.According to the site monitoring da-ta,it is found that the horizontal displacement of diaphragm wall is convex and vertical displacement is concave, the maximum lateral displace-ment of diaphragm wall is in a strong linear correlation with the depth of excavation, and the horizontal displacement of the support column de-creases with the increase of the support stiffness, while the vertical displacement is almost unaffected.
