单层多跨钢结构厂房结构加固优化设计

当前,单层多跨钢结构厂房结构吊车梁一般为独立式,支撑范围受限制,导致荷载比下降,为此,文中提出了对单层多跨钢结构厂房结构加固优化的设计与分析.根据当前的测试需求,了解工程概况,进行测量准备,确定设计条件,采用多层级方式打破支撑范围限制,设置钢吊车梁多层级,以此为基础,进行吊车梁与多跨钢柱定点连接,并进行厂房上部结构复核处理及加固验算,最终采用对拉螺栓锚固辅助的方式实现结构加固优化.测试结果表明,针对选定的6 个测试节点,三个阶段测试最终得出的荷载比均可达到7.5 以上,说明文中设计的厂房结构加固优化效果更佳,针对性高,具有实际应用价值.
Optimization Design of Reinforcement for Single story and Multi span Steel Structure Factory Buildings
At present,the crane beams of single-layer and multi span steel structure factory buildings are generally independent,and the sup-port range is limited,resulting in a decrease in load ratio.Therefore,this article proposes the design and analysis of reinforcement optimization for single-layer and multi span steel structure factory buildings.Based on the current testing requirements,understand the project overview,prepare for measurement,determine design conditions,adopt a multi-level approach,break the support range limit,set up a multi-level steel crane beam,and use this as a basis to connect the crane beam to the multi span steel column at fixed points.Conduct structural review and re-inforcement calculation on the upper part of the factory building,and finally use the auxiliary method of tension bolt anchoring to achieve struc-tural reinforcement optimization.The final test results show that for the selected 6 test nodes,the load ratio obtained from the three stages of testing can all reach 7.5 or above.It is explained that the reinforcement optimization effect of the factory structure designed in the text is bet-ter,with high pertinence and practical application value.
