富水粉细砂地层暗挖大断面地铁隧道地下水综合控制措施研究

文中依托北京地铁12 号线三元桥站-芳园里站区间暗挖大断面停车线隧道工程,分析注浆试验段采用常规水泥-水玻璃双液浆进行超前深孔注浆存在的问题,提出并实施了渗透注浆与劈裂注浆相结合的复合式注浆方法,并基于数值计算结果,给出"最优深孔注浆厚度"概念,在此基础上确定本工程超前深孔注浆加固厚度,另外针对粉细砂层和粉质黏土层之间的层间水(三),深孔注浆后隧道开挖仍存在残留水问题,提出一种新型真空井点降水成孔方法,提高了成孔效率,确保了井点降水效果.
Study on Comprehensive Control Measures of Underground Water in Large Section Subway Tunnel Excavated in Water-Rich Silty Sand Stratum
In this paper,based on the underground excavation of large section parking line tunnel project between Sanyuanqiao Station and Fan-gyuan Station of Beijing Metro Line 12,the paper analyzes the existing problems of the conventional cement-water glass double liquid grouting used in the grouting test section for ultra-shallow and deep-hole grouting,and proposes and carries out the combined grouting method of infil-tration grouting and split grouting.Based on the numerical results,the concept of"optimal deep hole grouting thickness"is proposed,and the advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement thickness is determined on this basis.In addition,in view of the interlayer water(3)between the fine sand layer and the silty clay layer,there is still residual water in tunnel excavation after deep hole grouting,a new vacuum well point de-watering method is proposed to improve the efficiency of hole formation and ensure the dewatering effect of well point.
