砖木混合结构房屋加固处理技术分析

摘要
文中以某砖木结构房屋为例,通过现场调查检测、PKPM软件计算及抗震措施核查等,得出该房屋承载能力及抗震措施均不满足要求,并分别从基础、承重墙体、木楼盖及木屋架、新增混凝土构造柱及圈梁、开裂墙体及新增屋面层排水等方面采取加固处理措施,使该房屋结构体系从砖木混合结构转换为砌体结构,确保房屋安全可靠,为后续类似工程提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Taking a brick-and-wood structure building as an example,through on-the-spot investigation and examination,PKPM software calculation and checking of anti-seismic measures,it is concluded that the bearing capacity and anti-seismic measures of the building do not meet the requirements,the strengthening measures are proposed from the aspects of foundation,load-bearing wall,timber floor and roof truss,newly-added concrete structural columns and ring beams,cracked wall and drainage of newly-added roof layer,the Structure System of the building is transformed from brick-wood mixed structure to masonry structure to ensure the safety and reliability of the building.
