文中以某超高层建筑项目为例,探析了超高层核心筒异形超厚钢板剪力墙施工技术,采用BIM技术模拟深化,以优化安装顺序、焊接工艺流程,并对焊缝变形提出有效的控制措施.结果表明,除外观质量外,其余检查项目合格率均超过 95%,符合国家规范要求,表明该技术方案能够取得良好的应用效果.
Construction Technology of Special-shaped Super-thick Steel Plate Shear Wall of Super Tall Core Tube
Taking a super high-rise building project as an example,the construction technology of special-shaped super-thick steel plate shear wall with core tube of super high-rise is deeply analyzed.BIM technology is used to simulate and deepen,and the installation sequence and welding process are optimized during construction,and effective control measures are put forward for weld deformation.The practice shows that the pass rate of the other inspection items except the appearance quality is more than 95%,which meets the national standard acceptance requirements,indicating that the technical scheme can achieve good application effect.
