摘要

在老旧道路管网改造项目中,管道回填的质量难以保证.文中通过研究发现,气泡混合轻质土应用在管道回填中,在工作面受限环境下不影响质量、方便施工、造价相近的要求.这表明气泡混合轻质土应用的质量控制关键点在于发泡剂、发泡剂和原材料的适应性、设备选择、配合比设计、浇筑过程控制、养护等.

Abstract

In the renovation project of old road network with smooth road traffic and limited working face width,it is difficult to ensure the quality of pipeline backfilling.Research has found that the application of bubble mixed lightweight soil in pipeline backfilling can meet the re-quirements of not affecting quality,convenient construction,and similar cost in a restricted working environment.Research has shown that the key points for quality control in the application of bubble mixed lightweight soil are:foaming agent,adaptability of foaming agent and raw mate-rials,equipment selection,mix design,pouring process control,and curing.
