地铁盾构区间下穿既有地铁线路施工技术研究

文中以新建北京地铁16 线木樨地站至达官营站盾构区间施工为例,对盾构区间下穿地铁1 号线进行风险分析,根据上软下硬的地层特点选择匹配的盾构设备,通过试验段确定了下穿段的土仓压力、掘进速度、刀盘转速等掘进参数,同时增加二次补浆、径向注浆、自动化监测等保障措施,确保盾构区间顺利的通过了地铁1 号线.既有地铁区间内的轨道结构最大沉降仅为 0.32 mm.穿越工程的顺利实施,有效地保证了既有线路运营安全,可为类似工程提供参考.
Research on Construction Technology ofMetro Shield Tunneling under Passing Existing Subway Lines
Taking the construction of the shield tunneling section from Muxidi Station to Daguanying Station on the newly built Beijing Metro Line 16 as an example,a risk analysis was conducted on the shield tunneling section under Metro Line 1.Based on the characteristics of the upper soft and lower hard strata,matching shield tunneling equipment was selected.Through the experimental section,excavation parameters such as soil chamber pressure,excavation speed,and cutter head speed were determined for the lower crossing section.At the same time,guarantee measures such as secondary grouting,radial grouting,and automatic monitoring were added,Ensure that the shield tunnel section smoothly passes through Metro Line 1.The maximum settlement of the track structure within the existing subway section is only 0.32mm.The smooth implementation of the crossing project effectively ensures the safety of the existing line operation,and can also provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
