摘要

建筑外窗渗漏水是交付时业主最关心的质量问题之一.文中着眼于外窗防水构造的改进设计,提出一种创新的"┗"型企口窗台做法,通过该结构最大程度地减少建筑外窗渗漏水的问题."┗"型企口型窗台作为一种结构防水屏障,其设计利用重力和结构形式为外窗防水提供额外保护.应用表明,"┗"型企口窗台在提高外窗的防渗漏水性能方面具有积极效果.

Abstract

Water leakage from building exterior windows is one of the quality issues that owners are most concerned about during delivery.This article focuses on the improved design of the waterproof structure of exterior windows,and proposes an innovative"┗"shaped tongue-and-groove window sill method.Through the introduction of this structure,the problem of water leakage in building exterior windows can be mini-mized.In the new design,the"┗"shaped tongue-and-groove window sill serves as a structural waterproof barrier.Its design rationally utili-zes gravity and structural form to provide additional protection for the waterproofing of exterior windows.The application has shown that the"┗"shaped tongue and groove window sill has a positive effect in significantly improving the anti-leakage performance of exterior windows.
