环境与荷载作用下大型钢筒仓力学性能研究进展

钢筒仓是工业、农业等领域不可缺少的储存装置.随着规模的不断扩大,大型钢筒仓的安全性、适用性、耐久性成为人们关注的重点,多位学者对钢筒仓展开了研究.文中综合分析了国内外对钢筒仓的研究现状,在储料作用方面,研究了储料静态侧压力,将规范结果同有限元计算结果进行对比,对储料的接触状态、温度、摩擦角、摩擦系数、本构模型选用,以及偏心卸料过程中的侧压力分布形式进行探讨;在太阳辐射及温度作用方面,对均匀温度作用下钢筒仓仓壁的应力应变及稳定性进行了评估,对太阳辐射作用下形成的不均匀温度场引入余弦分布的概念进行了模拟并深入探究;在地震作用方面,主要进行了有限元分析,输入不同地震波,并与规范计算结果相互比对,基于地震作用下储料作用对仓壁侧压力的影响进行研究.
Research Progress on the Mechanics of Large Steel Silos under Environmental and Loading Conditions
With the continuous development of society,cylindrical steel silos have become an indispensable storage structure in various fields such as industry and agriculture.As the scale continues to expand,the safety,applicability,and durability of large steel silos have become the focus of attention.Many scholars have conducted research on steel silos.Through a comprehensive analysis of the current research status of steel silos both domestically and internationally,this study focuses on the static lateral pressure of stored materials,comparing normative results with finite element calculations.The research delves into the contact state,temperature,friction angle,friction coefficient,selection of constitutive models,and the lateral pressure distribution during the eccentric unloading process.In terms of solar radiation and temperature effects,the study investigates the stress,strain,and stability of the silo walls under uniform temperature conditions.It simulates and studies the concept of cosine distribution for the uneven temperature field formed under solar radiation.Regarding seismic effects,finite element analysis is conducted with input from different seismic waves,and the results are compared with normative calculations.The study considers the influence of material storage on the sidewall pressure under seismic effects.Future research should involve a more detailed examination of the structure of large steel silos,including the stability performance of large steel silos under the combined action of storage load and uneven foundation settlement,and the optimization of health monitoring sensor placement for large steel silos.
