结合隧道二次衬砌拱顶防脱空注浆材料研究与应用现状,文中分析了引起拱顶脱空的主要原因,明确了注浆工艺及材料对解决拱顶脱空起到的作用,对传统注浆材料、带模注浆材料、注浆工艺、注浆材料的组成、性能检测进行了论述,总结了带模注浆材料的先进性及二次衬砌检测的趋势,提出了带模注浆材料与衬砌混凝土之间的相容性、微观机理、长期耐久性评价,为进一步研究提出了建议.
Research Status and Development Trend of Anti-desiccation Grouting Materials for Tunnel Secondary Lining Vaults
Based on the current research and application status of anti void grouting materials for tunnel secondary lining arch crown,this article analyzes the main factors causing arch crown void,and clarifies the key role of grouting technology and materials in solving arch crown void;This paper discusses the traditional grouting materials,grouting materials with formwork,grouting technology,composition and performance testing of grouting materials,summarizes the progressiveness of grouting materials with formwork and the trend of secondary lining testing,puts forward the compatibility,micro mechanism and long-term durability evaluation between grouting materials with formwork and lining concrete,and puts forward suggestions for further research.
