Analysis of Influence of Regenerated Coarse Aggregate Substitution Rate on Mechanical Properties of Concrete
In order to analyze the correlation between the mechanical properties of concrete and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate, five kinds of concrete with different replacement rates of recycled aggregate(0,30%,50%,70%and 100%)were studied in this paper, and the compressive strength, folding strength, peak strain and slump of each group of concrete were compared. The results show that the slump, elastic modulus and splitting tensile strength of concrete decrease with the increase of regenerated aggregate substitution rate. The compressive strength of concrete fluctuates with the change of regenerated coarse aggregate substitution rate, but does not show an obvious upward or downward trend. There is no obvious difference of Poisson's ratio between the concrete specimens prepared under different coarse aggregate substitution rates. The flexural strength of concrete will change with the replacement rate of recycled aggregate, but it does not increase or decrease, but the flexural compression ratio will increase with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate.
