Analysis of the Influence of Grinding Methods on the Working Performance of Cement-based Materials
In order to analyze the effects of grinding methods on the properties of cement materials, the effects of vertical grinding and combined grinding methods on the chemical composition, physical properties, fluidity and hydration heat release properties of cement materials were studied. The results show that the initial setting time of vertical grinding cement is 25%lower and the final setting time is 20%higher than that of combined grinding cement. The specific surface area of combined ground cement is 4.8%lower than that of vertical ground cement, and the water consumption of standard consistency of combined ground cement is 8%higher than that of vertical ground cement. The 3 d flexural strength and compressive strength of vertical grinding cement are 4.7%lower than those of combined grinding cement, and 8.6%lower than those of combined grinding cement. The expansion degree of cement paste and cement paste of vertical grinding cement is 12.9%and 5.4%higher than that of combined grinding cement, respectively. The hydration heat release rate of combined grinding cement is 50%higher than that of vertical grinding cement.
