Experimental Study on Fracture Fatigue Performance of Hydraulic Concrete
In order to improve the durability of hydraulic concrete and reduce the probability of fracture and fatigue damage of hydraulic concrete. In this paper, three point flexural loading fracture test and fatigue loading test are used to study the fracture and fatigue properties of hydraulic graded concrete. The results show that the farther away from the opening crack location, the slower the failure speed of hydraulic concrete. The cracking load and instability load of hydraulic concrete both have a certain dispersion, but the fluctuation amplitude is relatively small, and they all fluctuate around the average value, which is 51 and 76.3 kN respectively. The fracture initiation toughness and instability fracture toughness of hydraulic concrete have some deformation, but relatively little, fluctuating up and down in 0.94 and 2.18 MPa·m1/2.On the whole, the fatigue life values of hydraulic concrete differ greatly, and there is a large dispersion. Therefore,it is unreasonable to use the traditional statistical method to analyze the fatigue life of hydraulic concrete,so it is necessary to study the fatigue characteristics of hydraulic concrete from the perspective of probability statistics.
