Study on Chloride Penetration Resistance of Concrete by Different Influencing Factors
In order to further improve the durability of concrete, this paper mainly studies the effects of water-cement ratio, fly ash content, water consumption and air entrainment agent content on the electric flux of bridge concrete. The results show that the smaller the water-cement ratio, the smaller the water consumption and the more air entrainment agent, the stronger the chloride ion permeation resistance of bridge concrete. The electric flux of bridge concrete increases by 8 702.7 C when the water-cement ratio increases by 1.The electric flux of bridge concrete increases by 25.5 C for every 1 kg/m3 increase of water consumption. When fly ash content increases by 1%,the electric flux of bridge concrete decreases by 7.7 C.The electric flux of bridge concrete decreases by 19 560 C with 1%increase of air entraining agent. In order to improve the resistance of bridge concrete to chloride ion penetration, the water-cement ratio of bridge concrete should be reduced as much as possible, and the water consumption in bridge concrete should be reduced.
