高稳定性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青制备研究

摘要
为提升环氧树脂改性乳化沥青长期储存性能,文中制备环氧树脂专用乳化沥青,以提升其稳定性,通过 5 d储存稳定性指标测试.试验结果为,在乳化沥青固体含量 45%,阴离子乳化剂为 2.0%,NaOH为 0.3%,稳定剂为 2.5%,乳化沥青稳定性最佳.环氧树脂改性乳化沥青5 d后储存稳定性为1.1%,可进行长期储存.
Abstract
In order to improve the long-term storage performance of epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt,special epoxy resin emulsified asphalt was prepared to improve its stability,and passed the 5-day storage stability index test.The experimental results are as follows:the stability of emulsified asphalt is the best when the solid content of emulsified asphalt is 45%,the anionic emulsifier is 2.0%,the NaOH is 0.3%and the stabilizer is 2.5%.The 5-day storage stability of epoxy modified emulsified asphalt is 1.1%,which can be stored for a long time.
