Study on Permeability of Dam Concrete Under the Coupling of Confining Pressure and Osmotic Pressure
In order to study the possible difference in impermeability of dam concrete under the combined influence of confining pressure and osmotic pressure in hydraulic engineering, this paper explores the change process of concrete permeability under the confining pressure rise and fall cycle through experiments, and analyzes the permeability characteristic curve of dam concrete under the same osmotic pressure and different confining pressure. The development curve of permeability change with confining pressure change of concrete structure is studied. The results show that the change of confining pressure has an approximate negative exponential correlation with concrete specimens, and the osmotic pressure of concrete specimens has a significantly stronger confining pressure sensitivity under the condition of low confining pressure. The recovery rate of permeability of concrete specimens varies in different confining pressure rise and fall cycles, but the permeability of concrete specimens remains irreversible.
