地铁盾构施工地层变形智能监测方法研究

文中为提高地铁盾构施工地层变形监测结果的准确度,保障施工安全,提出了一种智能、高效的监测方法.首先,了解工程施工的各项信息与现场条件,布设基准点与变形监测点.其次,在基准点与变形监测点所在位置安装传感器,采集地层监测数据.最后,对监测数据进行预处理,并从中提取盾构施工地层变形特征.在此基础上,设定监测预警值,实时监测地铁盾构施工地层的动态变化,确定地层变形预警等级,并发送监测预警信息.试验分析结果表明,该智能监测方法应用后,各个测点所在位置的变形位移监测值与实测值更加接近,监测准确度得到了显著提升.
Research on the Intelligent Monitoring Method of Formation Deformation in Subway Shield Construction
In order to improve the accuracy of the formation deformation monitoring results of subway shield construction and ensure the construction safety,an intelligent and efficient intelligent monitoring method is proposed.First of all,understand the construction of the information and site conditions,the reference points and deformation monitoring points.Secondly,sensors are installed at the datum point and deformation monitoring points to collect formation monitoring data.The monitoring data were preprocessed and the deformation characteristics of shield construction were extracted.On this basis,the monitoring and early warning value is set to monitor the dynamic change of subway shield construction strata in real time,the early warning level of stratum deformation is determined,and the monitoring and early warning information is sent.The experimental analysis results show that after the application of the proposed intelligent monitoring method,the deformation displacement monitoring value of each measuring point is closer to the measured value,and the monitoring accuracy is significantly improved.
