Elasticplastic Time History Analysis of Reinforced Structures under Rare Earthquakes
This article takes an existing concrete frame structure located in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province, which has undergone functional changes as the research object. The method of adding shear walls is used to reinforce it,and the reinforced structure is subjected to elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes. The results show that the displacement angle between the lower layers of the structure reinforced with shear walls meets the requirements of the code in rare earthquakes, and most components are not damaged. The degree of damage to the shear walls is heavier than that of the frame beams and columns. The shear walls show mild damage on the second floor, and severe damage in the stairwell and toilet positions; The overall deformation of the structure is uniform and there is no sudden change in deformation;Under rare earthquakes, most of the floor slabs of the structure are in the elastic stage.Due to the existence of shear walls absorbing some of the seismic energy, the floor slabs have not appeared completely plastic. From the development of floor plasticity,it is feasible to use shear walls to reinforce the structure.
