摘要
为了提高老旧建筑的改造水平,文中以某城市老旧住宅建筑为研究对象,分析了其存在的问题和改造需求,基于绿色建筑理念对其外围护结构(外墙、屋面、外窗)、通风、照明、无障碍设施等进行改造,并根据现行规范和专家咨询法对其改造效果进行评价,研究成果可为类似老旧住宅项目改造提供理论指导.
Abstract
In order to improve the level of renovation of old buildings,this article takes an old residential building in a certain city as the research object,analyzes its existing problems and renovation needs,and based on the concept of green building,renovates its external enclosure structure(exterior walls,roofs,windows),ventilation,lighting,accessibility facilities,etc.,and evaluates its renovation effect based on current standards and expert consultation methods,The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the renovation of similar old residential projects.
