Research on the Technical Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Aging Project of Urban Old Residential Area
Under the background that providing for the aged at home is accepted and respected by most people,the renovation design of the old urban community is more inclined to the renewal of the overall function,and the aging transformation aimed at the elderly is far from enough or not complete.the aging transformation of residential buildings has become an important problem to be solved urgently.Based on the behavior characteristics and safety,behavior and psychological needs of the elderly as the basis for the aging transformation of residential buildings in the old community,this paper analyzes the important parts of the horizontal stay space and vertical traffic space of the building.and for the horizontal space entrance indoor and outdoor space and rest platform,as well as vertical space to build elevators and staircase anti-skid,put forward specific aging rectification measures.
