大型多出料口钢筒仓采用圆转方下料的结构设计优化对其结构的影响较大.文中在大型多出料口钢筒仓传统设计方案的基础上,首先,采用Midas gen有限元软件建立两种工况下的模型,然后对圆转方下料的结构设计进行分析计算,根据分析结果,结合实际工程中,在圆转方位置开设检修孔及掏灰孔,最后,提出合理的钢筒仓开洞补强构造措施,研究成果可为类似工程中钢筒仓结构设计提供一定的参考.
Large-scale Multi-outlet Steel Silo Finite Element Analysis and Structural Optimization Design
Large multi-outlet steel silo using round to square discharging structural design optimization has a greater impact on its structure.In this paper,on the basis of the traditional design scheme of large-scale multi-outlet steel silo,firstly,Midas gen finite element software is used to establish the model under the two working conditions,and then analyze and calculate the structural design of the circular turn-square discharging by using the relevant norms of our country,according to the results of the analysis of circular turn-square,combined with the actual project,the opening of the maintenance hole and the emptying of the ash hole under the location of the circular turn-square,and finally put forward a more reasonable steel silo open hole reinforcing Structural measures,the research results can provide certain reference for the structural design of steel silos in similar projects.
