改性沥青SMA-13沥青混合料在改扩建公路施工中的应用

摘 要:为研究橡胶改性沥青SMA-13 沥青混合料在改扩建公路项目中的应用效果,文中以北京某高速改扩建项目为例,对改性沥青SMA-13 沥青混合料进行配合比设计,并进行路用性能检测.结果发现,橡胶改性沥青SMA-13 沥青路面的抗滑性能好,构造深度是规范值0.55的3倍,压实度各个随机测点均高于98%,且平整度的纵向高程标准差均小于1 mm,路面整体路用性能好.
Abstract
In order to study the application effect of rubber modified asphalt SMA-13 asphalt mixture in highway reconstruction and expansion projects,this paper takes a high-speed reconstruction and expansion project in Beijing as an example to design the mix ratio of the project modified asphalt SMA-13 asphalt mixture and test the road performance.The results show that the rubber modified asphalt SMA-13 asphalt pavement has good skid resistance,the construction depth is 3 times of the standard value 0.55,the random test points of the compaction degree are higher than 98%,and the longitudinal elevation standard deviation of the flatness is less than 1 mm,and the overall road performance is good.
