Simulation Analysis and Monitoring of Transformation of V-column Structural System in Underground Hub Station
The V-column underground hub station was used for the first time in an underground space structure, which had to be converted from temporary support to V-column forces. The simplified model of the structure was established by Midas to simulate the system conversion process, compare the changes of the structural force state during the system conversion process under the two scenarios, and study the influence of the system conversion on the structural mechanical behavior. The results show the difference between the final force state of the structure under the two schemes is very small, and the change of the force state of the structure is smoother with simultaneous jacking and unloading in groups; After unloading, the load is mainly transferred to the V-shaped column, and the axial force at the bottom of the V-shaped column increases by 80%to 120%,while the axial force of the permanent steel tube column increases by only 2%.After unloading, the span of the structure becomes larger, and the bending moment and stress of the V-column and the beam connected to the V-column increase significantly, and the maximum vertical displacement and stress increase of the negative first floor beam, which is most affected by unloading, reach 2 times and 6.2 times respectively, and the vertical displacement and stress increase of the negative first floor slab reach 3.4 times and 4.2 times respectively. The structural system conversion process is monitored and the measured data of the structural elements are compared with the simulated data. The results show that the internal forces of the key members change in a similar pattern with a step increase, while the difference between the monitoring data and the simulation data is small, which verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation.
