Research on the Construction Technology of Posttension Pre-stressed Concrete Box Girder in Highway Bridge Engineering
The construction technology of the posterior prestressed concrete box girder is applied to the expressway bridge construction project,and the prestressed tunnel and anchor plate are set up to facilitate the further installation and construction of the box girder formwork.After the concrete strength of the box girder reaches 90%of the design strength,the box girder concrete steel strand is pierced.The construction process is determined,and according to the project situation,the static load test of the box girder is conducted.The test results show that the cumulative settlement of the test point under the static load is within 10mm,indicating that the box girder is strong,the construction quality is good,and meets the design requirements.
