摘要

文中结合志丹压气站施工实践,分析了框架锚索预应力、抗滑桩宽度和柱距对桩受力和变形特性的影响.结果表明,随着桩宽的增加,桩宽 40 mm的最大土压力分别比桩宽 32 mm和 27 mm的最大土压力高出 17.3%和 22.1%.当锚索拉力在 1 200~1 600 kN时,桩身位移较小,应力分布较为均衡.当张拉力为1 400 kN时,桩身锚固点与自由段底部最大正负剪应力之差约为最大剪应力的27%,桩身最大位移仅为5.5 mm,远小于预应力框架锚索的一般弹性变形范围.

Abstract

Based on the construction practice of Zhidan Compressor Station,the influences of prestressing of anchor cable,width and column distance of anti-slide pile on the loading and deformation characteristics of pile are studied in this paper.The results show that with the increase of pile width,the maximum soil pressure of pile width 40 mm is 17.3%and 22.1%higher than that of pile width 32 mm and pile width 27 mm respectively.When the anchor cable tension is between 1 200 kN and 1 600 kN,the pile displacement is small and the stress distribution is more balanced.When the tensile force is 1 400 kN,the difference between the anchorage point of the pile body and the maximum shear stress at the bottom of the free section is about 27%of the maximum shear stress at this time,and the maximum displacement of the pile body is only 5.5mm,which is far less than the general elastic deformation range of the prestressed frame anchor cable.
