大空隙率排水沥青路面施工技术探析

文中以北京市某市政道路为例,采用复合高黏改性沥青进行PA-13 沥青混合料级配设计,明确大空隙率排水沥青路面施工关键技术,施工后对路面排水性能和压实度进行检测分析.结果显示,该路面渗水系数最高可达 7 623 mm/min,排水沥青路面空隙率大,排水效果良好,显著高于规范值 4 500 mm/min,有效降低了路面积水对行车安全的影响,路面压实度可达 98.8%,保证了大空隙率路面沥青的稳定性.
Analysis on Construction Technology of Asphalt Pavement With Large Voidage
Taking a municipal road in Beijing as an example,PA-13 asphalt mixture gradation design was carried out by using composite modified asphalt with high viscosity,and the key technology of construction of asphalt pavement with large void ratio was defined.The drainage performance and compaction degree of pavement were tested and analyzed after construction.The results show that the maximum water seepage coefficient of the pavement can reach 7 623 mL/min,and the drainage effect of the drainage asphalt pavement is large,which is significantly higher than the standard value of 4 500 mL/min,and the influence of road water on driving safety can be effectively reduced.In addition,the compaction degree of the pavement can reach 98.8%,which ensures the stability of the asphalt pavement with large void ratio.
